Association Management Group of Central Florida, Inc. (AMG) is a family owned business that had it’s beginning 30 years ago as a real estate company.
As opportunities arose, it was discovered that the majority of our business was being generated through rental properties and the name was changed to Arena Management Group.
The 80′ & 90′ the company saw a real estates boom in Florida and homeowners associations and condominiums grew in popularity. AMG began managing associations at that time, before a license was even required.
The Company’s principals were among the first group to become licensed CAM’s in the State of Florida.
Although, AMG has never advertised, through “word of mouth” the management of associations grew until it became necessary to reorganize our Company.
In 2002, Association Management Group of Central Florida Inc. was formed. In the succeeding years our Company has continued to grow and maintain the standards of commitment to our clients established in 1985.
